Looking back at CAPSYC 2: clinical assessment in multilingual contexts

CAPSYC held the second edition of its Annual Colloquium (COAC) on 7–9 October 2026 at the University of Douala, on the theme “Conducting Clinical Assessment in Multilingual Contexts”.

The call for papers was organised around six topics: hearing and language development, clinical assessment in monolingual and multilingual patients, a-/typical development of written language, language acquisition in a multilingual context, and dynamic assessment.

The photographs below keep a record of these days: the group photo in front of the head table, talks at the microphone, discussions in the room and the lunch break.
