CAPSYC receives its declaration receipt

On 17 July 2026, the Prefect of the Wouri Division issued the Cameroonian Association of Psycholinguistics and Clinical Linguistics its declaration receipt No. 1004/2026/RDA/C19/SASC, under Law No. 90/053 of 19 December 1990 on freedom of association.

The receipt grants CAPSYC legal personality, with its registered office in Douala. It records the association's three declared objectives: raising public awareness of the existence and impact of language disorders, promoting rehabilitation strategies adapted to the Cameroonian context, and designing assessment tools for language disorders.

The declared executive board is chaired by Line Germaine Kippe Konzoun, with Prof. Honoré Blaise Edzougou Afanda as vice-president.
