# Privacy policy

## In short

This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and stores nothing in your browser.

## Contact form

The form sends nothing to a server: it prepares a message in your email app, addressed to submitcapsyc@gmail.com. The message is only sent if you send it yourself; it is then handled by your email provider and received by the association's secretariat.

## YouTube video

The video shown on the “The association” page comes from YouTube. It is only loaded after you click, from the youtube-nocookie.com domain: until then, no request is sent to YouTube. After the click, YouTube (Google) receives your IP address and technical information about your browser, under its own privacy policy.

## Hosting and fonts

The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any host, it may keep technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) for security and operational purposes. Fonts are served by the site itself: no request is sent to Google Fonts.

## People named on the site

The names, roles and photographs of executive board and committee members are published by the association. Anyone concerned may ask for their correction or removal by writing to submitcapsyc@gmail.com.

## Your rights

You may ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of any data about you that the association holds, by writing to submitcapsyc@gmail.com.
